Terms of Service

Welcome to our HR • Payroll • Accounting suite (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the following:

1. Accounts & Access

• Each company (“Customer”) is responsible for safeguarding admin credentials.
• Customer ensures usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans are billed per selected cycle (monthly or annual). Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at period end.
• Trials end on the configured date; continued use may require payment.

3. Data & Privacy

• We process Customer data to deliver the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy.
• Customer remains the controller of its employee data inside the apps.

4. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability; planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
