1. Accounts & Access
- Each company (the “Customer”) is responsible for safeguarding its administrator and user credentials.
- The Customer must ensure its use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed according to the selected monthly or yearly billing cycle.
- Trial access ends on the configured trial date; continued use may require an active paid subscription.
3. Data & Privacy
- We process Customer data to deliver the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy.
- The Customer remains responsible for the business data it enters and manages within the subscribed applications.
4. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service availability. Planned maintenance may be communicated where practicable.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided subject to the applicable subscription arrangement and, to the extent permitted by law, Cronus' aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant Services during the preceding 12 months.
